Sirvo aims to solve these problems by creating a network in which employers and job seekers are highly accessible to one another as well as providing a standardized hiring process that decreases time and cost to hire while increasing employee retention.
Companies have pages that display business information as well as their open jobs while job seekers have profiles (aka digital resumes) which can be used to apply for positions. We provide an applicant tracking system for streamlined hiring and a messaging hub to centralize communications.
