Sirvo aims to solve these problems by creating a network in which employers and job seekers are highly accessible to one another as well as providing a standardized hiring process that decreases time and cost to hire while increasing employee retention.
We started Sirvo because we experienced the pain of hiring first-hand while working in the industry. Today, we help companies in the hospitality sector hire amazing people across all verticals at a fraction of the cost of traditional hiring channels.
