Creating a Business Page:

Create your business page to start posting jobs!

  1. Log into your user account if you are not already.
  2. Go to pages from the left-side menu and click on the new page card.

3. Enter the business name and the custom page URL and click submit.

4. You will be directed back to your pages where you’ll see a new page card for your business. Click on edit to add your business location and more information, manage to simply enter the page, or post jobs to create your first job listing.

Note: You can also create a new business page from the profile drop-down menu at the top left of your screen.

Editing a Business Page:

You can edit the header section of your company page, as well as account, notification, billing and admin settings. The header section of your company profile lists all the main information you want people to know about your business.

From your company page, edit the header section to change your business name, employee count, headline, and company website as well as upload page and cover photos.

To edit the business name, employee count, headline and website:

Go to My Page and click on the pencil icon at the top right of the header. Save your changes by clicking the check mark icon.

To upload a new page logo, and header photo:

For the page logo hover your mouse over the image container and click on the arrow icon. On mobile, just press on the photo area. Note: max file upload size for photos is 500 MB.

For the header photo, click on the arrow icon displayed in the bottom right corner of the header when hovering over the section. On mobile, just press on the header section.

Note: To display links to your social networking profiles, go to settings from the left-side menu, as explained below.

 

Editing your Business Settings:

To get started, while in your business account, go to settings from the left-side menu.

Account Settings:

This is where you can edit the business username and business address as well as website and social media links that display on your page. When you’re finished modifying your account settings, click save located at the bottom of the page.

 

Notification Settings:

Notification settings are unique for each admin of a business page, so personalize them however you want! Email notification settings will be automatically set to on and can be modified by selecting or deselecting the check boxes next to the notifications you wish to modify. If you’d like to only receive new applicant notifications for only certain jobs, deselect the job applicants option and choose your name from the admin dropdown menu in the job listing form. When you’re finished, click save changes.

 

Admins Settings:

Here you’ll see a list of all the people that are currently managing your company page. The original creator of the business page will be labeled as the “admin” anyone else you invite to help manage your company page will be labeled as a “manager”. Anyone who you have invited but has not yet accepted the Admin Rights will be labeled as ‘invited.’

 

Billing Settings:

This is where payment information is stored as well as the billing email address to which receipts will be delivered. All users with access to the business page can view and edit the billing information here.

If you make changes to the credit card information be sure to press the save card button. If you press this button the saved credit card information will automatically be entered during payment when buying job listings.

Billing History:

The billing history tab shows a table with published jobs, billing dates and charged amounts. You can also see an invoice for each job by clicking on its line.
