There is no limit on the number of admins associated with a business page or the number of business pages a single user can manage, so add as many admins as necessary and accept rights as needed. Under the admin tab you’ll see a list of all the people that are currently managing your company page. The original creator of the business page will be labeled as the “admin” anyone else you invite to help manage your company page will be labeled as a “manager.” Anyone who you have invited but has not accepted Admin Rights will be labeled as ‘invited’.


Inviting another Admin to Manage your Page:

  1. From your business page settings, navigate to the admins tab.
  2. Click on the Add Admin Card.


  1. Enter the email address of the person you wish to add and click the invite button. This person does not have to be a Sirvo user to be invited. If he or she is currently a Sirvo user, be sure to send the invitation to the email address associated with their Sirvo account.
  2. The invitee will receive an email to confirm. Once accepted, he or she can start managing the page.


Accepting Admin Rights:

If you were invited to become an administrator for a business page, you will receive an invite email, sent to the address specified in the request.

If you are a current Sirvo user:

  1. First, confirm your email address with the page admin. The invite request must be sent to the same email address you to use for Sirvo in order to access the business page from your account. Otherwise, you will automatically be prompted to create a new user account.
  2. If you’ve received an email to the correct email address, click the link in the body of the message.
  3. If you are not already, log in to complete the confirmation process.
  4. Access the business page by going to pages from the left-side menu or from the profile drop-down menu.

If you are not currently a Sirvo user:

  1. Once invited, you will immediately receive an email requesting that you accept administrator rights to a company page.
  2. Click on the link in the email and follow the instructions on the page to create a personal account with your own login credentials.
  3. Access the business page by going to pages from the left-side menu or from the profile drop-down menu.

Removing Admins from a Business Page:

  1. From the business page settings click on the admins tab
  2. Locate the admin you wish to delete and click the remove link on their admin card, then click yes to confirm.
